"Even Better on the Inside" Brand Awareness Campaign
The Brief: Improve awareness of T-Mobile as an exciting, fulfilling place to work.
The Strategy: A show-and-tell campaign highlighting aspects of the company culture through the passion of its employees and the stories behind their favorite magenta collectibles.
The Results: The social media campaign promoting technology, retail and business career paths generated a strong 7,065,421 impressions in under 2 weeks at a CPM of $4.72 (benchmark is $22 CPM).
