The Brief: As part of T-Mobile’s Un-carrier Move to invest millions in small town connectivity, announce the hiring of 2,500 Hometown Experts, an innovative new sales role at the company.
The Work: A top-secret, multi-media marketing campaign introducing T-Mobile and its open roles to brand new markets. Assets were developed quickly in partnership with teams across the T-Mobile organization.
The Results: The campaign surpassed expectations with 1,200 job applicants and 900 active candidates within 5 weeks of launch. The T-Mobile Tuesdays promo earned 2.3 million impressions and 853,000 clicks.
